Arts Specialism
The School received a letter from the DfES on March 1st, 2005 with news that our application for redesignation as a specialist school has been accepted.
This means that we will continue to grow as a school with a 'rural dimension', that we can press ahead with the many initiatives already begun, such as our work with Rolls Royce, and our partner schools; and that we will continue to receive extra funding every year, at least until 2008.
We would like to thank everyone for their contributions over the past 4 years, and especially to those staff who helped to put the bid together.
